Restroom Report Terms of Service

Effective date: July 3, 2026

By using Restroom Report you agree to these Terms.

1. Service

Restroom Report helps travelers find, rate, and report restrooms at gas stations, truck stops, rest areas, and other public-access locations using community content. Listed access types (e.g., Public, Customer Only, Membership Required) are community-reported and may be inaccurate or out of date; not every listed restroom is publicly accessible. Information is for your own decision-making on the road.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13. Users under 18 should have guardian permission.

3. Accounts

Sign in with Apple or guest mode. You are responsible for activity on your account.

4. User Content

Ratings and reviews

Submit honest, accurate experiences. No fake, paid, or misleading reviews. Keep ratings and reports focused on the restroom/facility condition and access — do not submit content about specific people.

Restroom photos (deferred in v1)

Restroom Report v1 does not accept restroom photo uploads. Future photo features will require moderation tooling and updated terms before release.

Prohibited conduct

• Fake or fraudulent reviews
• Offensive or unsafe content
• Impersonation or abuse of the Service
• Scraping or disrupting systems

We may remove content and suspend accounts.

5. No Guarantee

Ratings and reports reflect past traveler experiences. Conditions change. Use your own judgment. Restroom use is at your own risk.

6. Provided As-Is

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY, OR SAFETY OF ANY LOCATION.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Restroom Report IS NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. TOTAL LIABILITY IS LIMITED TO $50 USD OR AMOUNTS YOU PAID US (TYPICALLY $0).

8. Report Abuse

Use Report Issue on station detail or email restroomreport.support@gmail.com with station name and details.

9. Termination

You may stop using the app anytime. We may suspend access for violations.

10. Changes

Updated Terms posted at our terms URL. Continued use means acceptance.
