A personal record—not a prescription, medical monitor or safety verdict.
What the app is for
ED Medication Tracker helps you record your own medication entries, check-ins, health observations and notes. Enter medication instructions as prescribed to you. Medication-name suggestions help with entry; they are not treatment, drug-interaction or dose recommendations. You are responsible for reviewing captured or suggested text before saving it.
The app does not determine whether a medication or activity is safe for you. It does not diagnose a condition, recommend when to take another dose, interpret an ECG rhythm, provide emergency monitoring or replace a clinician’s advice. Do not rely on a reading, an absent symptom entry or a completed session as proof of safety.
Recorded observations have limits
Watch heart-rate collection depends on device availability, permissions, sensor conditions and connectivity. Readings can be delayed, missing or historical. A remote stop remains unconfirmed until the Watch acknowledges it; follow the status shown in the app and use the Watch’s own stop control if needed. A saved heart-rate graph is not an ECG waveform. The separate saved-ECG viewer displays existing Apple Health recordings, not a live ECG stream.

App license
The app is distributed through Apple. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies unless a different license is presented with your download. These pages explain the product and support boundaries; they do not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law or override Apple’s applicable purchase terms.
Optional paid features
The app offers Pro access through monthly or annual auto-renewable subscriptions, or an offered one-time Lifetime purchase. Availability, localized prices and terms shown in Apple’s purchase confirmation control the purchase. Taxes and currency can vary by storefront. No free trial is promised by this page.
- Subscriptions: renew automatically unless canceled. Manage or cancel them through your Apple Account subscriptions. Deleting the app or its data does not cancel a subscription.
- Lifetime: a one-time purchase, not an auto-renewing subscription. It grants the offered Pro access without recurring subscription payments; it is not a promise of perpetual service availability or access to unrelated future products.
- Restore purchases: use the app’s restore control with the Apple Account used for the eligible purchase. This restores access, not journal records.
- Refunds: Apple handles eligible App Store refund requests under its policies and applicable law.

Your records and privacy
Keep entries accurate and review reports before sharing them. The journal is stored locally and has no app-operated cloud restore. Exports are reports, not a restorable backup. See the privacy policy for permissions, retention, Watch transfers and deletion.
Availability and support
Features can depend on compatible Apple hardware, operating-system versions, regional availability and optional permissions. On-device intelligence is not available on every device or in every language. Product updates and changes may affect features. Support can help with the app, not make medical decisions for you.
